Returns and Exchanges Policy

At bodywashs.us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges according to the following policy:

1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

All accessories, tags, and accompanying materials must be returned.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the goods are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If approved:
The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
